Type: Schwarzbier (Black Lager)
Built light bodied and dry for Ojai All weather drinking, with the slightest hints of coffee and chocolate flavors from specialty roasted malts, and cold infused with Mexican Vanilla Bean.

Type: “California Common Bock”
Cross between a California Common Lager and a Helles Bock, with the yeast profile, fermentation temperature, and American Hop Forward nature of a Cali Common, and the Body, Malt Profile, and IBU of a Hellesbock.

Type: Barrel Aged Dopplebock Lager
High Gravity Celebration Lager, Aged 3 months In French Oak previously containing local brandy and Local Chardonnay. Light Carbonation, Mildly sweet, Hints, of Toffee, Red Berry, and Cocoa.
New Moon - ON TAP
Type: Oatmeal Stout
Oat Stout Brewed with with Wild Local Oat Grass. Fermented cool to smooth out the edges. Full bodied and Malty. Limited 4 Barrel Run.
White Pixie - ON TAP & IN BOTTLES
Type: White Ale
Light bodied on purpose for all weather drinking, brewed with Pixie Tangerine Zest, Marmalade, and Orchard Blossoms. Built to pay homage to the scent of the citrus blossoms that overtake the air in the valley in Spring.
Sugar Bush - ON TAP & IN BOTTLES
Type: Hybrid Dry IPA
Built dry, Less bitter than a standard IPA, WAY more hops than a Standard Pale Ale. Brewed with Fresh Mosaic, and Wild Local Ojai “Sugar Bush” Sumac, which lends a tart and spice flavor between Lemon and cloves.

Type: 100% Gluten Free Ale
(1st Place California State Fair Commercial Brewery Competition 2018; Alternative Fermentables)
Fruity medium bodied ale Brewed exclusively from Sorghum & Brown rice, with no glutenous ingredients. Brewed using yeast cultured in non glutenous mediums. Cold infused with Local Lemon Grass which give a light citrus flavor with hints of marshmallow.
Shangri-La -ON TAP
Type: Belgian Style Dubbel
Mild Red Belgian style Dubbel, brewed ALL MALT, without invert Sugars, and fermented with Trappist Belgian yeast for a tart medium body.
Ranchero - ON TAP
Type: Mexican Amber/Vienna Lager
Vienna Lager, the classic style that is the basis of all Mexican Amber Lager, built with a body on the light end of medium, Lightly flavored with toasted malts, and then Dry hopped with US Tettnang Hops.

Fuity high gravity Imperial Golden ale brewed with Etchart Ranch Organics Lemon Zest and wild foraged Pink Peppercorns. Aged for 6 months in Ventura Spirits Strawberry Brandy Barrels, and bottled for a limited run of 3o cases.

Type: “Chaparral Ale” Gruit
Brewed light bodied for hot weather drinking, using toasted malts to emulate the charred red earth on the trails, Built to mimic the scent on Shelf Road. Bittered and Flavored with subtle notes of White and Black Sage, and local Sage Brush.

Type: Barrel Aged Black Ale
High Gravity Celebration Lager, Aged In Local Brandy Barrels. Light Carbonation, Spiced with locally grown Ginger and Mexican Vanilla Beans.
East End - Spring/Summer
Type: Fruit Ale
Medium Light bodied, fermented with Local varieties of Opuntia (Prickly Pear) and Hibiscus .ABV: 7.2%
Matilija - late spring 2019
Type: White IPA
Light malts, Oats, Organic Lemons, Eukanot Cryo-Hopped.

Type: Barrel Aged Strong Ale
Brandy Barrel Aged, Medium Carbonation, Moderately sweet, Oats, Wheat, and Toasted Malts, fermented with California Medjool Dates.

Jasmine Ephemera - Back in Spring during Jasmine Blossom Season (OUR JASMINE BURNED THIS YEAR, SO SPRING 2019)
Type: Hop Forward Pale Ale
Medium Carbonation, Dry, Pale and Carmel malts, Heavily Dry Hopped with U.S. Amarillo hops, for low overall bitterness with a juicy floral hop profile, and finished with Jasmine Blossoms from our graden.
